My order came out exactly right, which I appreciated. No weird mixups or missing items at all. That said, if they start slipping on stuff like that, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

The whole thing was quick and painless, which I appreciated. Nothing fancy to say really—it just went smoothly and didn’t take up much time.

They had most of the sizes I was looking for, though not every single one. Maybe I just missed a section or came at the wrong time, but a few sizes seemed to be out.

I did the home try-on and, shockingly, it actually showed up fast. The fit was close overall, though the jacket needed a small adjustment. Nothing too dramatic, and it was easy enough to figure out. not having to wander from store to store pretending I enjoy fluorescent lighting was a huge win. Solid experience, 4 stars from me.

My snap judgment when the box showed up was that I was a little worried because it looked kind of beat up. But once I opened it, everything was there and the tux was fine. Shipping was actually reliable and it got to me a couple days before the event. Tracking updated for the most part, so overall it was a smooth experience.

My tux showed up with the wrong size shirt at first, which stressed me out because the wedding was coming up fast. Like, why now?? I reached out to support and they got a replacement sent out quickly, and the new one fit way better. It was definitely annoying to deal with, but they kept me updated and handled it well. I’d use them again, but maybe I’d order a little earlier next time??

Fit was alright, just not quite perfect

Tux fit just right. Kind of surprised, honestly. No tweaks, no fixes, nothing. Put it on and it worked.

I rented a tux from The Black Tux it was better than I expected. The material felt good, not like super fancy or anything, but definitely nicer than some other rental suits I’ve had to wear. The jacket had a decent weight to it and wasn’t scratchy, which matters because if it’s scratchy then the whole night just feels worse for some reason. The pants were comfortable too, maybe a little stiff at first, but after a while I didn’t really notice it. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the shirt felt kind of thin to me, even though it still looked fine. Overall it worked well for the night and I’d probably rent from them again.
